This is a really cool location for people who want to be close to the mountains, and in particular to the famous Kitzsteinhorn Glacier.
You can see the Kitzsteinhorn from the property and you are right there just a short drive to the parking at Panorama and Glacier Jet lifts .
Additionally, just a short trip in the opposite direction and you can hop on the new MK lift at the Maiskogel, which leads up to the new K3 lift taking you directly to the Kitzsteinhorn.
If you have your own transport it’s perfect, with frequent buses and the bus stop just a few steps from the property, you are good to go.
The beautiful town of Kaprun, is just minutes away.
The apartment is located on the first floor of this renovated historic building, accessed directly via a set of external stairs, leading directly off the main car park.
There is additionally a communal ski storage area available to residents located in the basement accessed by a separate front door, directly off the car park.
The apartment has two main bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second has a set of bunk beds.
A bathroom comprising walk in shower, wc and sink can be found directly off the hallway, and you will find a hairdryer.
The main living area is an open plan style with a neat corner kitchen, dining area and lounge area with comfort seating to chill, watch TV, all within the main living space.
There is a small balcony from the living area which is directly accessible from your private accommodation.

The apartment was warm. First time in my life I wasn’t freezing in Austria’s accomodation. I also liked the location of the accomodation. It is within a short walking distance into the center of Kaprun but it is already in the quiet zone. It’s also csee more
The apartment was warm. First time in my life I wasn’t freezing in Austria’s accomodation. I also liked the location of the accomodation. It is within a short walking distance into the center of Kaprun but it is already in the quiet zone. It’s also close to Kitzsteinhorn so you don’t have to rush in the morning. When it comes to the apartment’s it’s very well equipped. The only unpleasant feature was the night street light from the outside that goes straight to the bedroom but fortunatelly the bedroom was provided with an extra dark curtain so it is solved from the behalf of the owner. It even had a vacuum cleaner for use.
