This is a really cool location for people who want to be close to the mountains, and in particular to the famous Kitzsteinhorn Glacier.
You can see the Kitzsteinhorn from the property and you are right there just a short drive to the parking at Panorama and Glacier Jet lifts .
Additionally, just a short trip in the opposite direction and you can hop on the new MK lift at the Maiskogel, which leads up to the new K3 lift taking you directly to the Kitzsteinhorn.
If you have your own transport it’s perfect, with frequent buses and the bus stop just a few steps from the property, you are good to go.
The beautiful town of Kaprun, is just minutes away.
The apartment is located on the first floor of this renovated historic building, accessed directly via a set of external stairs, leading directly off the main car park.
There is additionally a communal ski storage area available to residents located in the basement accessed by a separate front door, directly off the car park.
