The apartment is on the ground floor and has access to a little side terrace right outside the kitchen door.
It is a nice modern living fit-out with a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a separate toilet to make life easier for sharing.
You can see the valley lift station 450m away, the 'Areit Xpress' lift which is a great place to start and finish your day on the Schmittenhöhe mountain in Summer and Winter. The property is located at the foot of the ski slope, just short walk home from there. It has views of the mountains and the slopes.
The location is great for connections if you are wanting days out using the road system, or the trains, or cycle paths, and not wanting to be based in the centre of town.
One of the main advantages of the location is private parking at your doorstep.
The property is very close to the local shops, so getting supplies is simple. The nearest supermarket is located about 50 m away.
The Pinzgau Local Train station is extremely close for great connections. Some local attractions, 1.7 km to Zell am See Golf Club golf course, 2.3 km from Beachclub Schüttdorf lake, 4 km from Beachclub Zell am See lake.
The house is situated well if you want to avoid the fuss of town centre life, and this is especially good if you are travelling in by car or motorbike.
