The ski lift CityXpress, that brings you up to the Schmitten skiing area, is about 400 m from the house. The crystal clear Zeller lake
you can reach within a few minutes walk. All bars, restaurants and supermarkets are just around the corner. Highlight of the Penthouse:
It has its own unique roof terrace, with a panoramic view of the lake, the city and the mountains.
The 125 m² Penthouse is divided into:
1st level:
- Entrance hall with guest toilet
- Big living room with dining table for 8 persons, fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, sofa bed, FLAT-TV, WIFI, access to the balcony and stairs to the private 17 m² roof terrace with spectacular views of the Zeller lake and the mountains (available from April until October)
2nd level:
- Master bathroom with bathtub, shower and washing machine
- Bedroom with double bed
- Bedroom with 2 single beds
- Bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
The outside lift takes you directly to the 4th floor.
